Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
  • 4 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. smoke flavor
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3/4 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. m.s.g.
  • 1 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a plastic bag; seal and refrigerate.
  2. The next day, mix the ingredients again in the bag.
  3. On the following day, mix once more and leave the bag open in the refrigerator.
  4. Spread out the beef strips on cookie sheets.
  5. Bake in an electric oven on warm for approximately 12 hours.
  6. In a gas oven, leave the oven with just the pilot light on for about 24 hours.
