Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 16 ounces cream cheese (soft)
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 5 ounces dried beef, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 teaspoons minced onion

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped pecans in butter.
  2. Reserve the pecans.
  3. Mix cream cheese, milk, minced dried beef, garlic salt, sour cream, and minced onion in a bowl.
  4. Place the mixture in a 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
