- 1 (10 oz.) package frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese ⓘ
Instructions
- In a shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish, combine the thawed hash brown potatoes, oil of choice, and black pepper.
- Firmly press the mixture across the bottom and up the sides of the dish to form a shell.
- Bake uncovered at 400°F for 15 minutes.
