Beef Potato Bake
A hearty beef and potato casserole with cheesy topping, perfect for family dinners. Flavored with onion soup mix, herbs, and paprika for a comforting meal.

- Stir the dried onion soup mix well and add 3 tablespoons to the ground beef, evaporated milk, bread crumbs, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Mix lightly but thoroughly and spread evenly in a shallow 2-quart baking dish.
- Mix the remaining soup and salt with the sliced peeled potatoes and parsley flakes, if desired.
- Arrange the potato mixture evenly on top of the meat mixture.
- Cover with a lid or foil and bake in a moderate oven (350°F) for 1 hour.
- Uncover and sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese over the top.
- Bake for 15 minutes longer and then sprinkle with paprika before serving.
