Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup diced onion
  • salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef; drain and set aside.
  2. Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs, and cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cooked meat, grated Swiss and Cheddar cheeses, diced onion, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 35 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
