Ingredients

  • 1 large round steak, pounded thin (approximately 2 lb.)
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large onion, sliced very thin
  • 1 large stalk celery, chopped very fine
  • 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Pound steak very thin. Combine the salt, pepper, paprika
  2. and garlic and rub both sides of steak very well.
