- 1 large round steak, pounded thin (approximately 2 lb.) ⓘ
- 2 tsp. salt ⓘ
- pepper to taste ⓘ
- 2 tsp. paprika ⓘ
- 1/4 tsp. garlic ⓘ
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced ⓘ
- 1 large onion, sliced very thin ⓘ
- 1 large stalk celery, chopped very fine
- 1 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs ⓘ
- 1/2 c. butter, melted ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. water ⓘ
- 1 egg, beaten ⓘ
Instructions
- Pound steak very thin. Combine the salt, pepper, paprika
- and garlic and rub both sides of steak very well.
