- Cut off tops of peppers; remove seeds.
- Cook peppers 5 minutes in boiling water; drain.
- Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet until browned; drain well.
- Stir in tomato sauce, drained corn, chili powder, and salt.
- Stuff peppers with meat sauce mixture; place in a baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle top with shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
