Ingredients

  • 1 kg beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 medium carrot, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 packet grated cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together flour and cold milk until smooth. Add butter and bring to a boil.
  2. Sprinkle the flour and milk mixture over the beef in the baking dish, then sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  3. Bake uncovered in a 325°F (160°C) oven for 45 minutes until golden and bubbly.
