Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1/2 medium cabbage, chopped
  • 1 small bunch celery, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 4 carrots, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in oil in a skillet, stirring until crumbly.
  2. Add chopped cabbage, celery, onion, green pepper, and sliced carrots to the skillet.
  3. Cook until vegetables are tender and crisp, stirring constantly.
  4. Serve over cooked egg noodles with soy sauce.
