Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Ranch salad dressing
  • round nacho chips

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef with chopped onion; drain excess fat.
  2. Add salt, pepper, and chili powder to the beef mixture and heat to blend the spices.
  3. Place nacho chips on a cookie sheet and top with the meat mixture.
  4. Drizzle ranch salad dressing over the meat.
  5. Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F until the cheese melts, about 10-15 minutes.
