Ingredients

  • 2 c. uncooked macaroni
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. tomatoes
  • 1/3 c. diced green pepper
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 c. diced American cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni in boiling salted water for 7 to 10 minutes; drain.
  2. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
  3. Season to taste. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
  4. Bake in a 325° oven for 45 minutes.
