Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 (1 lb. 4 oz.) can tomatoes
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 24 oz. cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown beef in oil; add next 6 ingredients.
  2. Simmer, uncovered, until thick (about an hour), stirring occasionally.
