Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 c. instant potatoes
  • 3/4 c. margarine, cut in
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. Mix first 4 ingredients for dough.
  2. Press 1/2 dough into pie tin.
  3. Save other 1/2 dough.
  4. Mix next 7 ingredients for filling. Pour filling into pie tin.
  5. Roll out rest of dough in circle for top.
  6. Place on top of pie and seal edges.
  7. Mix last 3 ingredients and sprinkle on top.
  8. Bake at 425° for 20 to 25 minutes.
