Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. corn flake crumbs
  • 1/3 c. dried parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onions

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, corn flake crumbs, dried parsley, eggs, soy sauce, pepper, garlic powder, and minced onions in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into balls.
  3. Place the meatballs into a 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 x 2-inch pan containing the catsup.
  4. Bake or cook as desired until fully cooked and browned.
