- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Add 1/2 cup sugar to drained and cleaned blueberries and set aside.
- Grease a 16 x 10 x 1/4-inch jelly roll pan.
- Mix 2 tablespoons sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Cut in 6 tablespoons butter into the dry mixture until flakey.
- Add egg and milk to the mixture and beat until smooth.
- Roll out the dough onto the prepared jelly roll pan and spread evenly.
- Spread 2 tablespoons butter over the dough.
- Spread the sugared blueberries over the buttered dough and seal the edges.
- Bake for 1 hour until golden and cooked through.
