Ingredients

  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 can French-style green beans
  • 1 can small green peas
  • 1 can shoe peg corn
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced green pepper
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1/4 cup Crisco oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain all vegetables well.
  2. Mix green onions, diced celery, diced green pepper, and pimentos.
  3. Add Crisco oil, sugar, and vinegar to the mixture.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Set in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
