Braccioli(Beef Rolls)

Instructions
- Have top round cut into thin slices and flattened.
- Cut slices to desired widths.
- Cover slices with mixture of cheese, finely chopped parsley and garlic, raisins, salt and pepper.
- Roll each braccioli and secure rolls with toothpicks.
- Brown the rolled meat and finely chopped onion in oil.
