Breaded Bbq Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1 lb breakfast pork chop (boneless 6-8)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 2/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 teaspoons parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced onions or 1/4 teaspoon onion flakes

Instructions

  1. Combine egg and BBQ sauce.
  2. In another bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
  3. Dip chops in egg then crumbs; cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Bake until juices run clear at 325.
