Instructions
- Beat margarine, sugar, and egg in a large mixing bowl.
- Add flour and baking soda, then mix well.
- Stir in rolled oats, shredded Cheddar cheese, peanuts, and crumbled bacon or raisins.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets, leaving space between each.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- Cool on wire racks.
- Store in refrigerator.
