Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 3/4 c. uncooked oats
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 c. V-8 juice

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Pack firmly into an ungreased pan.
  3. Cover with catsup.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
