Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon grated carrots
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • bread crumbs
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli in boiling water until tender but not overcooked, then drain.
