Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Prepare rice as directed on the package.
  2. Add cooked broccoli, mushrooms, water chestnuts, and chicken broth to the rice mixture.
  3. Add seasoning and grated nonfat cheese.
  4. Spoon into a large casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonfat cooking spray.
  5. Top with homemade low-fat croutons.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes, covered.
  7. Remove cover during the last 10 minutes of baking.
