Ingredients

  • 12 oz. mafalda (mini lasagne) noodles
  • 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans condensed cream of broccoli soup
  • 3 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1 onion
  • mushrooms (optional)
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 slices white American cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 32 oz. jar sauce

Instructions

  1. Prepare noodles as label directs; drain and add favorite spaghetti sauce.
  2. Heat undiluted broccoli soup and frozen broccoli together.
  3. Cook carrots and onion until tender.
  4. Saute mushrooms until browned.
  5. Mix all cooked vegetables together.
  6. Beat eggs into shredded Mozzarella cheese and cut up white American cheese.
  7. Layer noodles, vegetable mixture, and cheese mixture in a baking dish.
  8. Bake until bubbly and cheese is melted and golden.
