Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. jar Cheez Whiz

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen chopped broccoli and drain well.
  2. Saute chopped onion in margarine until translucent.
  3. Add cream of chicken soup and one can of water to the onion and margarine mixture.
  4. Combine the cooked broccoli, Cheez Whiz, and cooked rice into the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  5. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish, sprinkle with paprika.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
