Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 (12 oz.) can whole corn
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped pimentos
  • 3 cups cooked noodles
  • 1 cup soft bread crumbs, buttered
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground chuck; add chopped onions and pimentos and cook at medium heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Add salt to taste.
  3. Put the mixture into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish and add 3 cups of cooked noodles.
  4. Mix the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and corn together.
  5. Pour the mixture over the meat and noodles in the casserole dish.
  6. Top with buttered bread crumbs.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
