Ingredients

  • 2 cans extra light biscuits
  • 3 cans mixed vegetables, drained
  • 3 cans Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 lb ground turkey

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground turkey and onions in a skillet.
  2. Mix the cooked turkey and onions with the cream of chicken soup and drained vegetables.
  3. Pour the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  4. Place the casserole in the oven and heat until hot.
  5. Place the biscuits on another baking sheet and bake until almost done.
  6. Remove the soup mixture from the oven and place the baked biscuits on top.
  7. Bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes until the biscuits are golden.
