A hearty and creamy broccoli stuffing with tender vegetables, savory mushroom soup, and flavorful rice stuffing, perfect as a comforting side dish for family dinners.

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. package chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 packages Stove Top stuffing with rice
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Boil the chopped broccoli and chopped onion for 5 minutes, then drain.
  2. Add grated carrots, sour cream, and cream of mushroom soup to the cooked broccoli and onion, mixing well.
  3. Combine the two packages of Stove Top stuffing with the melted butter and water, preparing according to package instructions.
  4. Mix the prepared stuffing with the broccoli mixture and transfer to a baking dish.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until heated through and slightly browned on top.
