Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup cooked wild rice
  • 1 cup shredded sharp American cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. corn oil margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook frozen chopped broccoli according to package instructions but do not overcook. Drain in a strainer.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked broccoli, cooked wild rice, shredded cheese, beaten eggs, milk, margarine, chopped onion, salt, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Stir until well mixed.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
