Ingredients

  • 2 packages frozen broccoli
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cans mushroom soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup melted margarine
  • 1 package herb stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen broccoli until tender and drain.
  2. In a bowl, combine beaten eggs, chopped onion, mushroom soup, and mayonnaise.
  3. Place a layer of cooked broccoli in a 2-quart casserole dish.
  4. Add a layer of grated Cheddar cheese over the broccoli.
  5. Pour a small amount of the egg and soup mixture over the cheese.
  6. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of sauce on top.
  7. Sprinkle the herb stuffing mix evenly over the top layer.
  8. Drizzle melted margarine over the stuffing.
  9. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
