Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 4 tablespoons softened butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 9-inch unbaked pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
