Ingredients

  • 1 can corned beef hash
  • 1/2 cup 4C ready flavored bread crumbs
  • 1 cup cubed cooked ham
  • 1 (9 oz.) package broccoli (cut or spears)
  • 1/2 small onion
  • 1 cup shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the corned beef hash and bread crumbs thoroughly, then press into a large pie plate to form the crust.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a bowl, combine the eggs, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper, then whisk until well blended.
  4. Add the cooked ham, broccoli, and shredded Cheddar cheese to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  5. Pour the filling into the prepared crust in the pie plate.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until the filling is set and golden brown on top.
  7. Let the quiche cool slightly before slicing and serving.
