- Bake the puff pastry shells according to the package directions. Discard the unbaked dough from the center and save the caps.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, shredded Swiss cheese, beaten eggs, dry white wine, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
- Fold in the cooked, crumbled bacon (or crab meat or ham if preferred).
- Fill each baked puff pastry shell with the cheese mixture.
- Replace the pastry caps on top of each filled shell.
- Garnish with paprika before serving.
