Ingredients

  • 12 puff pastry patty shells
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained, and crumbled
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 12 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 2 green onions
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • paprika (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bake the puff pastry shells according to the package directions. Discard the unbaked dough from the center and save the caps.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, shredded Swiss cheese, beaten eggs, dry white wine, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Fold in the cooked, crumbled bacon (or crab meat or ham if preferred).
  4. Fill each baked puff pastry shell with the cheese mixture.
  5. Replace the pastry caps on top of each filled shell.
  6. Garnish with paprika before serving.
