Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of black pepper
  • 1 tsp. dehydrated minced onion
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • dried beef

Instructions

  1. Have ingredients at room temperature.
  2. Blend cream cheese, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, dehydrated minced onion, and salt to form a smooth paste.
  3. Arrange thin slices of dried beef on a breadboard to form a single five or six inch square layer, overlapping slices as needed.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture over the dried beef layer and roll up into a jelly roll about an inch in diameter.
  5. Wrap the roll in moisture vaporproof paper and chill for several hours.
  6. Slice the roll into 3/4 inch slices.
  7. Serve the slices on toothpicks.
