Ingredients

  • 2 heaping cups egg noodles
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1 can pitted ripe olives
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Saute ground beef in butter until browned.
  2. Mix cooked beef with egg noodles, tomato sauce, water, creamed corn, olives, chopped onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  3. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
