Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. stew meat
  • 1 can tomato soup (undiluted)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 3 to 4 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 to 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 to 3 celery stalks, washed and chopped
  • 1 to 2 onions, peeled and cut into chunks
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 to 3 tsp. bouillon crystals or 3 cubes beef bouillon
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  1. Spray a 3 1/2-quart crock-pot with Pam spray or grease with shortening and preheat on high.
  2. Combine all ingredients in the crock-pot, adding or subtracting vegetables as desired.
  3. Turn the crock-pot to low and cook for 10 to 12 hours, or on high for 5 to 6 hours.
