Ingredients

  • 8 thin pork chops
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and celery salt.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the chops on both sides, using very little oil if any.
  3. Drain off the excess fat from the skillet.
  4. Place the browned chops in a baking dish.
  5. Spread drained sauerkraut over the chops and top with pats of butter.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until the chops are tender and browned.
  7. Serve hot.
