Instructions
- Season the pork chops with Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and celery salt.
- In a large skillet, brown the chops on both sides, using very little oil if any.
- Drain off the excess fat from the skillet.
- Place the browned chops in a baking dish.
- Spread drained sauerkraut over the chops and top with pats of butter.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until the chops are tender and browned.
- Serve hot.
