Ingredients

  • Base
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons icing sugar
  • Filling
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix base ingredients and press into 8" pan.
  2. Mix raisin mixture and pour over base.
  3. Bake 350 for 30-40 minute.
