Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • miniature marshmallows
  • 12 oz. package butterscotch chips
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies

Instructions

  1. Blend the butter, eggs, baking powder, sugar, flour, vanilla, and salt until fluffy.
  2. Spread the mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and cover with miniature marshmallows.
  5. Return to oven and bake until marshmallows are soft.
  6. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
