Cabbage Lasagna

- Saute ground turkey, chopped green onion, and chopped green pepper until the meat is browned.
- Boil the shredded cabbage until tender.
- Save 2 cups of the cooking liquid and drain off the excess.
- Combine the 2 cups of liquid, oregano, pepper, salt, and tomato paste and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes.
- Add the cooked meat, onion, and green pepper mixture to the tomato sauce.
- In a 9x13 inch pan, pour half of the meat mixture, then layer the cooked cabbage, and pour the remaining meat mixture over it.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake at 400°F until the cheese is browned, about 30-45 minutes.
