Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 pods jalapeno pepper, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 3 cans kidney beans
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine beef, sausage, onion, peppers, and garlic in a large cooker and brown.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Add tomato paste, tomatoes, kidney beans, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Cook on medium heat for 1 to 2 hours.
  5. Serve with lots of cool drink.
