Ingredients

  • 1 c. bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
  • 1 c. chicken broth
  • 2 c. chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can onion soup
  • 1/4 tsp. medium pepper
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 lb. hot sausage

Instructions

  1. Saute onions, celery, and bell pepper in a little oleo.
  2. Cook sausage until done.
  3. Drain the grease out of the sausage thoroughly.
  4. Combine all ingredients in a pot with rice.
  5. Cook until the rice is done.
  6. If the mixture is too dry, add a little more chicken broth.
