Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken
  • 3 lb. pork
  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 tsp. celery seed
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • hot sauce to taste
  • 3 lb. beef
  • 5 lb. potatoes
  • 2 lb. onions
  • 1 large V-8 juice
  • 1 large tomato paste
  • Worcestershire sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken and debone it.
  2. Cook the beef and pork; cut into small pieces.
  3. Add potatoes, carrots, and onions to the meat.
  4. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Add sugar, green pepper, V-8 juice, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, celery seed, hot sauce, and other ingredients.
  6. Simmer the mixture for several hours to develop flavors.
