Ingredients

- 2/3 c. picante sauce

- 2 cloves garlic, minced ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil ⓘ
- 2 (15 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained ⓘ
- 1 tsp. cumin ⓘ
- sour cream ⓘ
- green onion ⓘ
- Cheddar cheese ⓘ
Instructions
- Saute chicken, green pepper, onion, and garlic in oil until tender.
- Add stewed tomatoes, picante sauce, chili powder, salt, and cumin.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
