- In a medium mixing bowl, mix together eggs, milk, heavy cream, butter, and red pepper sauce; mix well and set aside.
- Put corn in another mixing bowl and sprinkle with flour, sugar, and salt.

- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
