Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
  • 3 cups yellow corn
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together eggs, milk, heavy cream, butter, and red pepper sauce; mix well and set aside.
  2. Put corn in another mixing bowl and sprinkle with flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Stir to coat the corn evenly.
  4. Add the corn mixture to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  6. Bake at 300°F for 1 hour or until set.
  7. Stir the pudding three times at 15-minute intervals during baking.
  8. Serve hot.
