Ingredients

  • 1½ lb. pork, cut in ½-inch strips
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 1 green pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1½ Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1½ tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Brown pork in oil.
  2. Drain on paper towel.
  3. Place all ingredients into a covered pot and cook in a 350°F oven for 1 to 1½ hours.
  4. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
