Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. lean pork, sliced thin
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 qt. chicken broth
  • 3 c. thinly sliced Chinese cabbage
  • chow mein noodles

Instructions

  1. In large saucepan, lightly brown pork in oil, stirring frequently.
  2. Stir in soy sauce, pepper and ginger.
  3. Cook 5 minutes. Add chicken broth; simmer 15 minutes.
  4. Add cabbage and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Garnish each serving with noodles.
