Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cracker crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 cups cooked mashed carrots

Instructions

  1. Mix together the beaten egg, cracker crumbs, chopped onion, celery salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the cooked mashed carrots and melted butter, then mix until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes.
  5. If unsalted crackers are used, add 1/2 teaspoon salt before baking.
