Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 8 oz. fine egg noodles
  • 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 5 spring onions or 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and chopped onions. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  3. Add garlic salt, salt, pepper, sugar, and tomato paste to the beef.
  4. Simmer the mixture for 15 minutes.
  5. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
