Ingredients

  • 10 oz. frozen cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • buttered bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook cauliflower according to package directions.
  2. Drain well; set aside.
  3. Combine eggs, milk, sharp cheese, melted butter, parsley flakes, minced onion, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Arrange cauliflower in a 1-quart casserole dish.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the cauliflower, covering evenly.
  6. Top with buttered bread crumbs and remaining grated cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes or until the custard is set.
