Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pork sausage
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green sweet pepper, chopped
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
  • 1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu Chunky Garden Style spaghetti sauce
  • 4 cups noodles (1 cup each of four different kinds), cooked and drained
  • 2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • garlic bread (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the pork sausage, hamburger, chopped onion, and chopped green sweet pepper. Drain off excess fat.
  2. Add sliced pepperoni and spaghetti sauce to the skillet.
  3. Cook on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and add cooked and drained noodles.
  5. Stir well to combine.
  6. Turn the mixture into a greased or sprayed 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
  7. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in a 375°F oven until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
  9. Serve with optional garlic bread.
